1.5 Withdrawal of credit

1.8 Evaluation of bids

Each idea submitted will be evaluated by Dilya's Art , but Dilya's Art is under no obligation to implement any suggestion or idea submitted. The decision to use, modify, or reject a submission is at the sole discretion of Dilya's Art , based on artistic, commercial, and feasibility criteria.

1.9 Confidentiality of submissions

If a contributor submits an idea that they wish to keep confidential until it is used by Dilya's Art , they may expressly request this at the time of submission. In the event that the submitted idea or proposal is retained and produced as a final product, the contributor agrees that his/her pseudonym or chosen name (if any) will be credited on the final product and on the Dilya's Art website in the section dedicated to the creation or product. This credit may appear in the form of the contributor's pseudonym or name, in order to recognize his/her participation in the development of the product or creation.

The contributor also agrees that this credit will be visible on the site and on any other platform or medium related to the exploitation of the idea or product, without restriction of duration. However, if at any time the contributor wishes to have his name removed from the credits or to no longer be credited for any future use of his ideas, he must inform Dilya's Art . In the event of a request for removal of credit, the contributor will lose the right to any future recognition as the author of the creation or product, and this withdrawal of credit will be applied as soon as possible.

2.4 Modification and updating of the conditions
